The Goddard School & Project Outreach

November is the month to get together and give thanks for the many blessings we have received throughout the year… health, work, family, friends, etc.  Unfortunately, there are many people that are less fortunate than us and as members of our community we have a great pportunity
to extend a hand to those in need.

In accordance with the Thanksgiving season, The Goddard School® will participate in the “Project Outreach” program to collect and donate can and dry goods and would like to encourage you to share a little of your blessings with those less fortunate than us.

Look for decorated boxes in each classroom to place the items you bring in.  These nonperishable goods will be delivered to Project Outreach on Monday, November 19th.

Project Outreach is a food pantry made up by a cooperative ministry of Christian churches in the Spring-Ford area.  It is staffed entirely by community volunteers.
The Royersford food pantry, located on Washington Street, provides bags of groceries for individuals and families of limited income.  At present, more than 300 persons each week are receiving supplemental assistance from both the Royersford and Spring-Ford pantries.

Collection boxes will be placed in the school for your donation. Thank you in advance for your generous support to our community during this thanksgiving season.
