IF it is a grocery store other than a Trader Joe's or perhaps a Shop-Rite, it likely will not be able to survive.

Both of those are good choices Kathy, but I'd be leaning more towards the Price Rite & their lower prices!

I don't know Price Rite. Are they a regional chain? I am aware of Bottom Dollar. They might be another option for a low price grocery store at that location.

A smaller version of home depot or lowes would be great. Kind of like the sears hardwares in phoenixville or collegeville. I think the last store we need is one with more food in it.

So no new store, just a tease about a new sign in case someone ever signs the lease for the space.

This is some story. "There are open spots on the sign. We'll let you know when they're filled when they're filled.
