Local Eater Featured in MLE's New iPhone Game

Royersford's own Notorious B.O.B. is one of the playable characters in a new "competitive eating" iPhone game.

Major League Eating just released a new game "app" on iTunes this month. Users can play as their favorite professional competitive eater. Royersford's own Notorious B.O.B. is featured as a playable character in the game. Notorious, otherwise known as Bob Shoudt, is a part of the MLE.

"Of course you would want to use Notorious B.O.B. if you want to win the game," he said.

Shoudt was also seen at Citifield on June 2. He threw out the first pitch at the Mets-Cardinals game (see video). He's also gearing up for the annual Nathan's Famout Hot Dog Eating Finals on July 4.

"I ate 40 hot dogs in 10 minutes to win my qualifier to get to the Nathan's Famous hot dog eating finals at Coney Island on July 4," he said. "The finals will be live on ESPN at 3 p.m."
