Carl Hessler Jr., of The Pottstown Mercury reports Kirk Patrick Wiggins, 22, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, forgery, persons not to possess a firearm and possession of heroin on Monday.
Two incidents occurred in late 2010 and late 2011, resulting in Wiggins' arrest. One of the incidents was the theft of two handguns from a Limerick home.
