One woman waived her preliminary hearing to the Court of Common Pleas, while two more women were identified and sent summons.
Last week, Limerick Township Police reported an alleged retail theft from six reported stores at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. Arrested immediately on scene was Dionne Ashley McQueen, 20 of Philadelphia, who was found to have a yellow Forever 21 bag between her legs with what a Converse employee confirmed were stolen items.
McQueen was arraigned on $2,500 unsecured bail later that day, and was taken to her preliminary hearing today. Police reported McQueen waived the hearing, which will go to the Court of Common Pleas.
Also reported to be with McQueen during the incident were Jerine Jackson, 26 of Philadelphia, and Dana Yvonne Clark, 20 of Philadelphia. Police said Clark had a toddler sitting on her lap in the car when responding Officer Timothy DiGregorio pulled the vehicle over in front of Costco. An employee of Forever 21 told police that the women, along with the toddler, were in the store, and the toddler was knocking items on the floor while Clark followed him.
Police told Patch today that summons have been mailed to Jackson and Clark and hearings are pending.
The total value of the 34 items that were found, as reported by police, was $1,914.15.

Not to take away from the thefts, but what about the toddler sitting on the woman's lap?
