New Medical Offices To Be Built

Developer presents preliminary plans at board meeting

Limerick Township should soon be getting a new medical office building if the plans shown at Tuesday's Limerick Board of Supervisors meeting are approved.

The location in the Linfield Corporate Center is adjacent to the Physicians' Care Surgical Hospital, a physician-owned outpatient surgery facility.

The medical offices will be connected to the surgical center by a sidewalk and a handicapped-access ramp.

As reported in the Philadelphia Inquirer earlier this month, the Rothman Institute, a well-respected orthopedic treatment group, plans to move to Limerick Township later this year.

The Rothman Institute's offices will be on the second floor of the new building.
