About Andy Dinniman:
Andy Dinniman was a four-term Chester County Commissioner before running for Pennsylvania Senate in 2006.
Dinniman is the minority chairman on the Education Committee, and also serves on the Community, Economic and Recreational Development, Environmental Resources and Energy, Agriculture and Rural Affairs and State Government Committees.

Andy Dinniman pulled out what was considered a surprise win against now-Pennsylvania Secretary of State Carol Aichele in a 2006 Special Election. Dinniman won by 15 points in his 2008 re-election.
