Presidential Debates Kick Off This Week

President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney will square off in front of voters several times this month.

 

Presidential debates begin this week and will continue throughout the month of October, according to 2012 Election Central.

Debates will be broadcast live on C-SPAN, ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, CNN, Fox News and MSNBC, among others.

Presidential Debate

Oct. 3, 9 - 10:30 pm

Location: University of Denver in Denver, Colo.

Topic: Domestic Policy

Moderator: NewsHour Host Jim Lehrer

Vice Presidential Debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan

Oct. 11, 9 - 10:30 pm

Location: Centre College in Danville, Ky.

Topic: Foreign and Domestic Policy

Moderator: ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Martha Raddatz

Presidential Debate

Oct. 16, 9 - 10:30 pm

Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, N. Y.

Topic: Foreign and Domestic Policy (Town Hall Format)

Moderator: CNN Chief Political Correspondent Candy Crowley

Presidential Debate

Oct. 22, 9 - 10:30 pm

Location: Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla.

Topic: Foreign Policy

Moderator: Face the Nation Host Bob Schieffer
