Spring City Student Commended by National Merit Scholarship Corporation
Ian Chamberlain of Spring City scored in the top ranks on the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
Spring City senior Ian Chamberlain is one of three students recognized as Commended Students in the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Chamberlain attends the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School. According to the National Merit Scholarship Program, students who reach Commended Student level scored in the 96th percentile on the qualifying test.
According to a press release from the school, the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School is a public cyber-charter school. Students from kindergarten through 12th grade attend school online.
