Music buffs know to head to this mecca of musical instruments and accessories, but there a lot of unique finds inside the doors of George's Music.

Located at 99 N. Main St., in Spring City, the music store is a true treasure trove of intesting guitars, drums and musical accessories. Every square inch of wall space is filled with fun finds.

But, when asked what their most unique product was, store manager Tom Henderson said that was an easy call: The Jumbie Jam.

After a second take and an ask for him to repeat and spell that product, I just had to see it. What on earth is a Jumbie Jam?

While many steel drum sets top out over $1,000 or more, Henderson said the Jumbie Jam makes it an affordable instrument even for beginners.

"It is one people can actually afford," he said of the Jumbie Jam. "Steel drums have always cost hundreds or even more, and now even the hobby player can have one."

Priced at $199.99, the Jumbie Jam, Henderson said, is a great bargin and allows those of "all ages" really try out the unique instrument.
