It was a heavy news week for the Spring-Ford area, especially with all of the information coming out of Monday night's school board meeting. A man close to our hearts and close to home was shot in Birdsboro early in the week, but is in good condition now. We also had a few followups after hearings were held for a burglar and a distracted driver.
