These highly discriminatory taxes for borough and school district are paid by only one, diminishing class: property owner. The property owner may be dirt-poor, but until the tax-burden makes them ex-property-owners, they alone bear the burden.

John, if you think renters don't pay property taxes you are a fool. When property taxes go up, so does the rent. Do you really think landlords just eat those costs? No, they raise the rent to cover it. If the current tennet can't afford to stay, it's usually not that hard to find someone to replace them. No matter who owns the house, the renter ends up covering paying for property tax increases the same as a residental owner.

I just saw the value added of the SC tax increase. One guy in a truck, shoveling up leaves, one shovel at a time then moving down the block. The SC borough manager should be ashamed.
At least Royersford had Connie Bauer to keep things in line.
