The centerpiece of the facility is arguably its sprawling indoor/outdoor pool complex, featuring an Olympic-sized pool, multiple wading pools for toddlers, a whirlpool, indoor and outdoor water slides and a sauna, among other amenities.

Two gymnasiums accommodate a number of all-season indoor sports leagues, including basketball and youth soccer. A number of outdoor leagues are coordinated by the YMCA and operated at local field locations.
