Lost: Large Black Cat
Blackie is a very Large neutered male cat (23lbs) & is very friendly.
Possible Sighting: (Dec 2013) On the banks of the Schuykill River near the path a little ways from the Linfield bridge.
Last Seen: (Jan 2013) In Royersford near 2nd & New Street
Previously Spotted: (Nov 2013) Near Railroad & Mill Lane
Location Lost: Main St. & Linfield Rd across from Longfield Rd in Spring City, PA. Blackie jumped out of a truck on Friday afternoon, Oct. 26 2012 just before hurricane Sandy. It is the wooded area with Rusted Barrels & wire near the base of the bridge that crosses the river. Behind wooded area is an abandon warehouse & farm house.
Description: Blackie has 2 white patches on his left back paw, tiny white strands on his chest, a thick short tail & short nose face. He has yellow eyes & a thick shinny black coat. He is a talker with a very distinct meow.
Other Info: If you bend down & call his name, he will probably come & let you pet him. Blackie can survive outdoors as it was he that adopted his owner during a blizzard in 2010. He loves: the woods, camping, hanging out in a metal shed, or with the deer, raccoons & small dogs. Also the perfect house cat: sleeping on a bed, coffee table or a chair.
He loves to snuggle be petted & is the type of cat you can picked up & carry.
