Spring-Ford Freshmen and Sophomores Dance the Night Away at the Annual Winter Ball

Spring-Ford Area High School freshmen and sophomores jived to the music Feb. 8 at the annual Winter Ball held at the 7th Grade Center. From 7 to 10:30 p.m. students were entertained by dancing to the latest music and classic hits.

The Winter Ball King and Queen were also selected, as students anxiously waited to see which of their peers had received the most votes. They erupted into applause as tenth graders Ashleigh Carter and Justin Schwenk were announced the winners.

“It’s a great event for the students,” advisor Ashley Bilotti said. “It’s a safe and fun activity students can enjoy on a Saturday night. It gives them an opportunity to dress up and do something different.”
