Did you purchase your ticket for Powerball this past week? If you bought it at the 7-Eleven at 255 W. Horsham Road in Horsham Township, you might be a millionaire.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery website, the weekend's major jackpot of over $338 million was won by a single ticket-holder in New Jersey. But, of the many that matched five of the magical digits, one of those winners is located in Montgomery County.
The Horsham 7-Eleven sold a ticket that matched five digits, making its worth now $1 million.
According to the website, the owner will have one year to stake his or her claim.
"You must file your claim at Lottery Headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County," said the Pennsylvania Lottery page, when referring to Powerball winnings. "Claimants of multimillion-dollar prizes are encouraged to call 717-702-8146 to speak with someone at Lottery headquarters for additional instructions."
If you were the lucky winner, you better hurry. You now have 363 days on the "clock" to lay your claim.
