Royersford Library Begins 2012 Fundraising Appeal

An anonymous donor will donate $1,000 if the library can raise $10,000 on its own.

The Royersford Library Board has started its 2012 fundraising appeal with a letter announcing that, for the second year, a library supporter has offered a fundraising challenge. 

If the library raises $10,000 in funding, an anonymous donor will match $1,000 in funding. 

Last year, the library was successful in raising the necessary funds. Despite facing massive budget cuts, the library conitnues to put on multiple programs for adults and children almost daily

The Montgomery County library system offers many benefits in addition to their classes and programs, including computers for public use, online language programs and audiobooks and e-books. 

Donations are tax-deductible and are accepted at the library and online at JustGive.org
