When arguing with your wife, you can be right OR you can be happy. You cannot be both.

Always have a book or magazine by the toilet. You don’t want to be stuck reading the back of your deodorant stick when you’re sitting on the throne.

I can proudly say that my father has taught me several wonderful lessons. He has put me first since the day I was born. He has made my three boys a major priority since the day they were born. He's given me several Uncles of which I'm proud to say have been an active part of my life forever & have treated me as though I was thier own as well. My Dad has shown several distinct qualities of my GrandPop & although I may hear him grumble when I say that, I wouldn't want him any other way. As a former United States Marine, a volunteer fire fighter with Fairmount for all of my childhood & being employed by the same company for more then 38 years, he has taught me a wonderful work ethic, how much it really does make a difference if you show up early for things & that you always, always keep your promises. No matter how rough around the edges others might think he is, I know that he is a big teddy bear inside. My Dad is my hero, even when I was so mad at him for whatever reason. He is the reason I am able to be an effective & productive single parent to my three wonderful boys, he has been so wonderful & has taken on the Dad roll that they need. My Dad totally rocks & I thank God every single day that he is MY Dad (even though every friend I have or have had in the past religiously call him Dad). I love you Daddy! Happy Father's Day! Kitten
