Our friends at Phillyweather.net are calling for a sunny and mild weekend - perfect weather to get out and do something outdoors! 

We are sharing a few things that are right in the Limerick-Royersford-Spring City area, as well as a few from nearby areas.

Saturday

  • St. James UCC is having its Fall Rummage Sale tomorrow at the church from 8am to 1pm.
  • Spring-Ford Boys Lacrosse will be washing cars to raise money for the team tomorrow from 10am to 3pm. 
  • A benefit concert for Happy 2 Be Home will be held at 7pm at New Hanover UMC. It will feature Marty Magehee from the band 4Him. 
  • Montgomery County Community College radiography students will be hosting a flea market from 9am to 3pm tomorrow. 

Sunday

  • Maria Muldaur will be performing at Chaplin's in Spring City at 7pm on Sunday the 21st. Tickets are $25. 
  • The Collegeville Fire Company holds its Hero Run 5k on Sunday. Race starts at 10:30am!

Being a bit "Outdoorsy" myself I want to mention this night time opportunity. Our area should have good viewing so get out and away from city or town lights.
