Lucky Lab Tavern in Royersford Closing its Doors

The business will hold a "last toast" through 9 p.m. Monday.

Lucky Lab Tavern in Royersford announced Sunday that it is closing its doors after two years.

The business, which will hold a “last toast” at its Lewis Road location on Monday, did not announce the reasons for closing, but said that the staff was a “stellar team who pulled us through some very hard times.”

The tavern, owned by Stacey and Bryan Hebert, was known for an extensive selection of beers and holding pet-friendly events on the patio.

Here is the full Facebook statement from Lucky Lab Tavern.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the closing of the Lucky Lab Tavern. We've had two incredible years in the Royersford community. To everyone that supported our establishment we are eternally grateful for your business and your friendship through the years. Many of you have been patrons here at this location even before the Lucky Lab days; again, we very much appreciate the loyalty you have shown. While the specific reasons for us choosing to close are closely held for now, there is one thing we want to make very clear. Our staff will remain in our hearts and memories as a stellar team who pulled us through some very hard times and helped us succeed in the good times. For that we also will be forever grateful. We will pray that our chosen leaders and government find more ways to support small and local businesses as they are the backbone of America.

We are tentatively opening on Monday, October 28th from 11:30AM to 9:00PM (check social media and our website for any changes). We hope you will join us for a last toast to the Lab and to you, our friends as we look to cease operations Monday night at closing. We thank everyone for their patronage and look forward to hopefully seeing everyone Monday to say farewell.”
