Top Star Express Opens 9th Subway Store in Limerick

The convenience store chain opened up late last year on Lewis Road.

Top Star Express, which took over the former Lukoil station on Lewis Road near the 422 interchange, announced today that it has officially opened its ninth Subway sandwich shop at the Limerick location.

Marketing manager Monica Bradford said in an e-mail that they had suffered some "remodeling hiccups" which had delayed the Subway opening, but they're now fully operational.

"Just in time for the Subway FebruANY Footlong Special," Bradford said.

The location has gas pumps, a car wash, a Beantime Coffee and Cappucino, and a convenience store in addition to the Subway sandwich shop. The store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Bradford said the Top Star Express will have a customer appreciation event sometime in April 2013 to really "kick things off."
