People ARE LOSING WEIGHT at COREFIT

A few weeks ago, Ali Gorman and her cameraman Jason from 6 ABC came to the studio to film a HealthCheck segment about the amazing progress our Lose to Win members have been making. 
Last week we were thrilled when it aired during the 11 O'clock news!
Through a comprehensive program of nutrition, cross training exercises and emotional reset, we are helping people in our area regain their health, their figures and confidence.
