To continue this 3 part series about reducing stress, I will be discussing the emotional aspect of stress and how it affects the body.
Along with the everyday physical and chemical stressors, emotional stressors have a huge impact on your overall health and well being.
Emotional stressors can include such things as work stress and dealing with an upcoming deadline, family stress with running the kids around to several weekly activities, worrying about things out of your control, and losing sleep because of it.
Many times, the emotional stressors can be the biggest contributor to the issues that are happening in your body. These types of stressors can affect your breathing, your blood pressure, your digestion, the way your brain thinks, and the quality of sleep you may get, just to name a few.
