Limerick, Royersford and Spring City Election Guide

Everything you need to know about Spring-Ford area candidates before voting Tuesday.

On Tuesday, voters in Pennsylvania will head to polling places to elect new municipal, school board and judicial officials.

Throughout Pennsylvania, voters will close between Vic Stabile, a Republican, and Jack McVay, Jr., a Democrat for Judge of the Superior Court.

In Montgomery County, Sharon Giamporcaro and Maureen Coggins, Republicans, are running against Gail Weilheimer and Steven C. Tolliver for two seats on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Merry Woods and Joanne Cisco Olszewski are both running for two Jury Commissioner positions.

Region 1

None of the Region 1 races are contested.  In the Primary Election, Kelly Spletzer won on the Republican and Democrat ballot, and Will Cromley did the same for the two-year term.

Region 2

Todd Wolf is running on the Republican ballot in Region 2; Helen Karchner, a Republican, is running on the Democratic ballot.

Region 3

Joe Ciresi and Tom DiBello, two current board members, are running against Robert A. Weber for two seats on the board.

Royersford Borough

Four Republicans and four democrats are facing off for four open seats on Royersford Borough Council.

Limerick Township

Four candidates are running for two positions on the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors – Republican incumbents D. Elaine De Wan and Kenneth W. Sperring, Jr., and Democrats Leslie Bradley and Paul Reginald Siles.

Current tax collector Ryan Wall is running against local business owner Annamarie Hewitt Chestnut.

Spring City Borough

Republicans Daniel Bauman, Sr., Paul kern, Thomas E. Kratz and Louis S. DiGuiseppe are running against Erica Weiherer, James J. Burns, Eric D. O’Connor and write-in Keith Kreider.  Click here for more information.

Michael A. Weiss is running on the Republican and Democrat ticket for Spring City Mayor; Mary Rex and Richard Pennypacker are running unopposed for Tax Collector and Auditor, respectively.
