Grated, melted, shredded, baked, or drizzled – we love cooking with cheese in any form! Each dish in this delightful supper will feature this star ingredient. We’ll also be pairing some of these dishes with wine – the perfect partner for cheese. All cheeses will be sourced as local as possible.

- Savory cheesecake appetizer - paired with Blanc de Blancs, a sparkling wine made with 100% Chardonnay
- Salad with Blue Cheese & Berries
- Cannelloni stuffed with goat cheese, pine nuts & dandelion in a lemony bechamel sauce – paired with Viognier
- Fresh Strawberries with Mascarpone Honey Drizzle seved with House-made Lemon Ricotta Cookies – paired with Vintners’ Select White, a semi-sweet refreshing blend of Riesling, Viognier & Chardonnay

Instructor Bio:
A long time foodie, Jenny Young got an early start in preparing wonderful dishes in a well known London restaurant. Then, working as a private chef/caterer for many years alongside a day job in advertising, and painting in her spare time, Jenny now feeds both her passions — cooking and art. Jenny is co-producer of PBS Whole Foods Cooking Show “Christina Cooks”, and a long time collaborator and assistant to Christina Pirello, author and Emmy Award winning host of the show.
