Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi Classes

The cost is "pay-as-you-go" $5 per class. Please contact instructor to register. New students will be accepted through the 3rd class. Then class will be closed to allow students the opportunity to improve in their practice.

Reduce stress and learn to relax, increase flexibility, balance, and strength, all while learning this traditional art form.
