Grief Support Group
Spring Valley YMCA and TriCounty Home and Health Hospice sponsor a Grief Support Group meeting, on the third Wednesday of every month, from 2 to 3 p.m.
If your life has been affected by loss of any kind, you're not alone. If you're not sure how to deal with the emotions you're experiencing, join the grief support group.
No registration or YMCA membership are required. Meetings are free and open to anyone in the community.
