"Cut the Fat" This Holiday Season

Do you want to be the talk of the Holiday Party this year? Find out how in my blog.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote that occurs in the weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.

In essence here is what I found in my research for this article. On average the American adult can gain between one and five pounds in those six weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, and never lose the fat.

However, I pointed out that if you are a consistent exerciser, you have the potential of maintaining your body fat and weight.  et why don’t we go one step further? What if you start a program before the New Year’s resolution and actually lose the fat?

If you can start a program now you could potentially be wearing smaller sizes by the New Year's celebration. So what is stopping you? Are you tired of always getting bigger over the holidays and always trying to lose those pesky 5, 10, 15 or maybe even 50 pounds of fat every year? Do you always wait till Jan. 1 to start your program, then stop by Feb. 14, then start again in April for the summer? Do you see some sort of pattern that you seem be repeating year after year and never see any permanent results?

So here is a suggestion, why not join us for our FREE “Cut the Fat” Fat loss seminar and learn the little known Keys to permanent FAT LOSS. We will also discuss all the details surrounding our eight-week “Lose the Muffin Top” Jean Challenge.

In those eight weeks we can offer you our unlimited group training sessions, nutritional accountability sessions, coaching and program design specifically created to rework your metabolism. In the process you could win cash and prizes for meeting your goal, and you could be the talk of the Holiday Party!

Join us for our Free “Cut the Fat” Seminar in our Phoenixvlle Studio, Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 7pm  or Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m. RSVP to 484-202-0010 or RSVP online via this link.
