A couple of weeks ago I wrote that occurs in the weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.
In essence here is what I found in my research for this article. On average the American adult can gain between one and five pounds in those six weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, and never lose the fat.
However, I pointed out that if you are a consistent exerciser, you have the potential of maintaining your body fat and weight. et why don’t we go one step further? What if you start a program before the New Year’s resolution and actually lose the fat?
