Last January (2012) I started my "Fishing Fever" blog. At that time I made a commitment to myself to write it on a weekly schedule. Some weeks the gathering of subject matter came easy and other times it was a panic to put something into words. Not having any formal training in writing I became good friends with a "Spell Check" and "Thesaurus" program.
I traveled here and there to take pictures and video for the blog. Occasionally I would find just the right picture for the subject by digging into my old photo albums. On a few blogs I had some fun as I exercised my skills with Photo Shop. "Fishing Fever" included some instructional content as well as humor, hoaxes and actual fishing reports.
So for now I thank PATCH for giving me the opportunity to write the two blog series "Fishing Fever" and before that "Memory Lane". Special thanks to those of you that added comments from time to time. Also to everyone that read "Fishing Fever" each week or just one time I say Thank You.

Anyway, it is time, at least for now, to bring this blog to an end. This then will be the final entry for "Fishing Fever". Unless of course I would get 1,000,000 likes on FB ..... LOL
