422 Assailant Allegedly Drunk

Pennsylvania State Police released information regarding the assault that occurred around 1:17 p.m. on June 18.

Police are reporting that 52-year-old Brad Ivan Feinstein of Coatesville was taken into custody for driving under the influence and simple assault. According to police, charges are pending at this time.

Limerick and Phoenixville Patch first reported that the assault occurred on Saturday with limited information. Police have now released that the assault occurred at mile marker 185 on 422 westbound in Upper Providence Township. Belmont's state police barracks  dispatched Trooper Michele Naab. The original report was a domestic disturbance on the side of the highway.
