A press release from Limerick Police

The following press release was sent out from Chief Bill Albany:

On Oct. 20 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Limerick Township Police were alerted to two people acting suspicious at Nieman Marcus Last Call located in the Philadelphia Premium Outlet Mall. Police observed live video surveillance showing an adult male and female walking through the store accompanied by three young boys. The boys, later found to be ages eight, eight and four, left the store but the adults remained. The adults walked through the store while the male handed items to the female who rolled them up and hid them on a stroller. The pair then left the store without paying for the items. They were apprehended by police on the mall concourse and $1,238-worth of merchandise was recovered from the stroller. The children were located in a restroom at the mall food court.

The adults, identified as Timothy Kenner, age 20 of the 5500 block of Jane Street in Philadelphia and Donnesha Watson, age 26 of the 2000 blk of Champlost Avenue in Philadelphia were charged with theft and related offenses. The subjects were arraigned and Kenner was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail. Watson was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Kenner has five prior arrests for assault and drug related offenses and Watson has two prior arrests for theft. The children were turned over to a family member.
