NORRISTOWN – A Lower Providence man has been sentenced to state prison after admitting to taking part in a residential burglary spree that targeted homes in Limerick, Lower Providence and Upper Providence.

Joseph Nazzarene Ciabattoni, 26, of the 100 block of Evansburg Road, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to three-to-six years in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to multiple felony counts of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary in connection with daytime break-ins that occurred between April and July 2011.

Judge Garrett D. Page also ordered Ciabattoni to complete 10 years’ probation after he’s paroled from prison and to share, with his co-conspirator Alora Amber Rooney, in the payment of $31,285 in restitution to the victims of the break-ins.
