DA: David confessed to Kiwi Yogurt holdup, other crimes
Adam Robert David was arrested Thursday.
Adam Robert David has admitted to being the gunman in the daylight robbery of the Kiwi Yogurt store at the Providence Town Center in Upper Providence on July 30, in addition to the armed robbery of a Domino's Pizza in Radnor Township, Delaware County on August 3, according to a statement jointly released this morning by Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman, Delaware County District Attorney G. Michael Green, Chester County District Attorney Joseph Carroll, Upper Providence Police Chief Donald Sherid, and Radnor Police Superintendent William Colarulo.
David near Pottstown last Thursday afternoon.
David, 18, has additionally admitted to the theft in Embreeville, Chester County, of the blue 2004 Audi used in the Kiwi Yogurt robbery, according to the statement. David later abandoned the car, which was recovered last Thursday night in Limerick Township.

The Delaware County and Chester County district attorneys' offices have agreed to allow the Montgomery County District Attorney to prosecute the case, which will be handled by Assistant District Attorney Justin Boehret.
