Dentist Accused of Groping, Stalking Clerk in Limerick is No-Show at Court Hearing

A Connecticut dentist accused of groping females at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick has a warrant out for his arrest after failing to show for court hearing in Norristown, according to the Pottstown Mercury.

Vasanth Raj Dharmaraj, 35, was charged with stalking, indecent assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after incidents in Limerick and at the King of Prussia Mall, between March and November of 2011.

Dharmaraj allegedly touched the breasts of a teenage employee at Joe’s Jeans in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in November of 2011, and was asked to leave the store, according to police.

The following day, Dharmaraj returned to the store and then waited in the parking lot of the outlet shops for the employee and followed the girl to her vehicle, police said.

Similar incidents occurred in the King of Prussia Mall, during which Dharmaraj allegedly cupped the breasts of two employees, and pressed his groin into the buttocks of one of the women, according to police.

According to The Reporter, Dharmaraj’s attorney said he knew that he needed to be in court on Tuesday, and that he “couldn’t even begin to guess” why he didn’t show.
