Driver with Suspended License Arrested for Using Fake ID: Police

The 38-year-old Douglassville woman was stopped in Limerick Township.

A Douglassville woman is facing charges after allegedly obtaining a fake ID so that she could drive after her license was suspended due to a DUI, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Beth Ann Magette, 38, of Douglassville, was traveling Eastbound on Route 422 in Limerick Township around 9:15 a.m. when a Pennsylvania State Trooper pulled her over.

Magette allegedly provided the identification of a California resident, but was later identified as the owner of the vehicle, police said.

The woman had a suspended license due to a DUI ; she was charged with false identification to law enforcement while suspended for DUI and related charges.
