One Dead in Early-Morning Shooting in Pottstown
The unidentified victim was shot outside of Brian's Cafe.
According to a press release from the Montgomery County District Attorney's office, one victim was shot and killed early Friday morning outside Brian's Cafe in the 300 block of Jefferson Street, in Pottstown.
The District Attorney said in the release that police responding to an emergency call found a 27-year-old male with gunshot wounds outside the bar. He was transported to Pottstown Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of family members.
