LIMERICK - A Limerick man previously charged with assault after allegedly holding a gun to a teen girl´s head and threatening to kill her has been charged with drug offenses and endangering the welfare of children.

Officials said Justin Massimiano, 31, of 259 Royersford Road, was dealing drugs from his residence when he left his two children ages 5 and 8, home with a 15-year-old baby sitter Jan. 12.

While the children were home alone with the baby sitter, "a masked subject" burglarized the residence, stealing a safe containing approximately $12,000 in cash and a quantity of marijuana and Oxycodone pills, according to the arrest affidavit filed by Limerick Detective Matthew Daywalt. When Massimiano returned to the residence and spoke with police, he admitted to selling marijuana from his home and confirmed the money in the safe was proceeds from drug sales as well as legitimate work.
