While en route, responding Officer Brian Tyler was notified the three women left the residence and met a sergeant at a local cafe. Meanwhile Tyler and Officer Chris Iochum went and investigated the residence.

Upon receiving permission, the responding officers kicked in a locked door leading to Niblo, who was pretending to sleep under a table in the far corner of the room. He was handcuffed, processed and housed and has been allegedly charged with three counts of simple assault and three counts of harassment.

Two Cases of Public Drunkeness

A 47-year-old man from Royersford was cited for public drunkenness on Wednesday afternoon. Emergency services were called to the scene behind Amelia's Grocery Outlet on North Lewis Road around 2:55 p.m.

Responding Officer Chris Nestler investigated the scene, finding Marvin A. Cunningham on the ground, still breathing, behind the building near a dumpster. There was an empty bottle of vodka and a backpack allegedly belonging to Cunningham on the premises, as well.

Upon waking Cunningham, Nestler reported slurred speech watery eyes and a heavy scent of alcohol on the person. His identification was found in the backpack. Cunningham was transported to Pottstown Memorial Medical Center by Royersford Ambulance and issued a summary citation.

Two men were seen in the parking lot of Outback Steakhouse on Sunday around 1:14 a.m. by patrolling Officer Chris Iochum. Iochum reported one of them was falling while he was walking. As he pulled in, he reported both men got up and began walking away from his vehicle. He told them to stop and come back to him. One followed his orders, but the other continued walking. He then ran across Township Line Road and went into the TD Bank parking lot. Royersford Police were contacted to assist in the investigation.

Meanwhile, Iochum interviewed the man that stopped, who said they were both at a wedding and took the shuttle back to Staybridge Suites where they were both staying. He was trying to get his friend, who was later identified as David Zarenkiewicz, 31, of Quakertown, back to the hotel, as he was very drunk. Zarenkiewicz's friend was released from the scene after his information was retained.

Officers later found Zarenkiewicz hiding under a car in the Kohl's parking lot. He had slurred speech, glassy eyes and was unable to recall his own address. When asked, he said he did not know why he ran and confirmed he was drunk from the wedding. His wife, who was sober and also staying at Staybridge, was contacted and Zarenkiewicz was released to her after he was cited for public drunkenness. It was reported that Zarenkiewicz had to be carried into the hotel by two people because he could not walk on his own.

Four Young Adults Cited for Disorderly Conduct

Responding Officer Fitz Duffy was patrolling around North Lewis Road near the 422 West off ramp on Thursday around 10:19 p.m. when he heard an expletive yelled out of a car. He pulled over a vehicle to find four people in the car. Two were 18 years old from Royersford, the driver was 19 from Gilbertsville and one was 20 from Phoenixville.

He smelled a strong scent of alcohol coming from the vehicle and issued a PBT to confirm that all persons had been drinking. They were all cited for disorderly conduct and released to the driver's father.
