Limerick Police Officers Promoted to Detective

Officers Tim DiGregorio and Pat Roche are replacing one detective position vacated by Sgt. Matt Daywalt's promotion and a second created by the board of supervisors.

Limerick Township Police Officers Tim DiGregorio and Pat Roche have been selected to fill detective positions in the police department.

One of the positions was created when Sergeant Matt Daywalt was promoted from detective in July, filling the position vacated by Brian Skelton who went on to become the township's first lieutenant; a second position was created by the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors in July.

"Several very qualified officers applied for the position which made the final selection of these two officers a difficult decision for the Department’s command staff," according to the Limerick Township Police Department. "The officers' experience and work ethic will ensure their success in their new positions. "
