A Lower Pottsgrove man pleaded guilty to illegally providing
alcohol to Skippack teen Tristan Stahley just days before he allegedly stabbed
his girlfriend, Spring-Ford High School senior Julianne Siller, to death in
Eric Scott Partlow, 26, was sentenced to one year of probation after pleading guilty to selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor due to his contact with Stahley, who was then 16, from May 9 to May 17,according to the Times Herald.
According to police, Partlow and Stahley were co-workers at the Trappe Tavern, and on two occasions in May, Partlow purchased two bottles of raspberry vodka at Limerick Wine and Spirits and drove to Skippack to meet Stahley in the rear parking lot of a Skippack Pike convenience store and deliver the alcohol.
Partlow received $50 from Stahley for the alcohol on one occasion and $60 on the second, according to a criminal complaint.
Stahley told police during an interview after Siler was found stabbed to death along a Skippack trail that he had been drinking Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka, which was purchased for him by a co-worker named “Eric.”
On May 29, state troopers visited the Trappe Tavern to ask Partlow about the allegation; he admitted to providing Stahley with the alcohol, police say.
Stahley allegedly confessed to killing Siller after they argued along the Skippack Trail and dragging her body into a Skippack area.
