No Fire at Edible Arrangements

Linfield Fire Company responded to a possible fire on 10th Avenue on Thursday night, but it was a false alarm.

There were reports of a building fire at in Limerick on Thursday night; however, after investigation, it was found that an incense mister was the cause of the fire alarm being triggered. The store, which is in The 10th Avenue Shoppes between Sign-a-Rama and , yielded no danger to the public.

According to Chief Don Maleta, the problem was just an automatic alarm being triggered by the mister. The owner, who lives in Reading, was en route to the scene to open the door.

"There's no real danger here," Maleta said. "No heat or anything like that. We just can't reset the alarm system."
