When Tyler arrived, he met with LP, who said the 17-year-old girl walked in to the store, selected several pieces of merchandise, went to the dressing room and came out with none of the said merchandise. It was reported she did this three more times, each time coming out with her mesh backpack having grown "exponentially" in size.

The girl then went to the front of the store, met up with her father and purchased one item. They were stopped by LP and it was found that she had stolen seven items worth $69.54.
