Pottstown Men Vandalize 34 Cars at Fred Beans

The vandalism occurred because the boys wanted to "release frustration."

The following release comes from Chief Bill Albany:

On Monday, March 11th, Limerick Township Police responded to the dealership on a report of vandalism. Investigation revealed that 74 tires were punctured with a sharp instrument and the paint was scratched on 18 new cars. A total of 34 vehicle were damaged.

Blood located at the scene indicated that one of the actors cut themselves during the crime. Follow-up investigation by Detective Matt Daywalt led to an interview with two subjects, one of whom was recently treated for a severe laceration to his left index finger. Both subjects admitted to being involved in the crime.
