Royersford's Emergency Management Coordinator Resigns
Officer Thomas A. Godin, Sr. held the position since 2011.
Royersford Emergency Management Coordinator Thomas A. Godin, Sr., has resigned his position, according to an announcement on Facebook.
"I have enjoyed the position since 2011 when I started under the late, great Harry Van Horn Jr," said Godin.
Godin, a Royersford Borough Police Officer, was voted the 2011 Officer of the Year award by Patch readers.
According to Godin, he has "landed a great opportunity" and is "pursuing a dream that I have had for a long time."
