SC Man Endangers Child in DUI
The man was stopped in West Brandywine and was found with drugs and paraphernalia.

WEST BRANDYWINE — A Spring City man was arrested on charges of DUI, drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to state police, Jeffrey Kovach, 31, of Spring City, was operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance on Route 322 near Icedale Road in West Brandywine, when he was stopped by police about 5:45 p.m. Dec. 23.
An 8-year-old boy was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of Kovach's arrest.
