Limerick Police are investigating possible child luring from earlier in the week.

The following report was submitted by Chief Bill Albany:

Limerick police are investigating two suspicious persons who spoke to a 12-year-old resident on Monday.

On Thursday, Dec. 15, a mother of a 12-year-old female arrived at police headquarters with her daughter to report that on Monday, Dec. 12, her daughter was approached by two males after she got off her school bus in the area of N. Limerick Road and School Lane. One of the males stated something to the effect of "Come here" and the males began to talk between themselves and laugh.  The girls then ran to the home of a neighbor. They decided to report the incident to police later in the week.
