Tuesday Night Crash Likely Caused by Medical Emergency

The driver of an SUV later died at the hospital.

According to a report from Frank Otto of the Pottstown Mercury, a one-vehicle crash near the Evergreen Road underpass in Sanatoga may have been caused by the driver suffering a medical emergency.

Police said that the white SUV's driver, a man who had at press time not been identified, was seen swerving and driving the wrong way prior to the crash.

The driver was transported to a hospital, where, authorities told the Mercury, he later died.
