Woman Charged with DUI After Crashing Into Ditch on 422, Police Say
The incident occurred early Sunday morning in Sanatoga.
A Reading woman was charged with DUI and careless driving after crashing on Route 422 early Sunday morning, according to Lower Pottsgrove Township Police.
Susan E. Ainley, 32, of Reading, drove her vehicle into a ditch while traveling westbound on Route 422 near Evergreen Road at 12:19 a.m., according to a report from the Sanatoga Post.
Ainley was arrested for suspicion of DUI, and was subsequently charged after he blood-alcohol level was allegedly found to be .118 percent, police said.
