Unofficial Results: Quigley v. Painter, 146th District

Incumbent Tom Quigley faced former Limerick Tax Collector Mark Painter.

About Tom Quigley:
Tom Quigley was elected to the State House in 2004, after serving as a Royersford Councilman, and then mayor of the borough.

Quigley currently sits on the House Appropriations, Education, Human Services and Liquor Control Committees, and his goals are to eliminate school property taxes, improve the business climate in Pennsylvania, protect open space and bolster the state's economy.

About Mark Painter:
Painter grew up in Stowe and graduated from Pottsgrove High School, and has raised four children in the Spring-Ford School District.

Painter has served as the Limerick Tax Collector, and is a lifetime member of the Limerick Historical Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the Royersford Free Public Library and the Royersford Community Chest.
