The Spring-Ford School district has updated its calendar after four snow days this year, and students will now have school on Feb. 14.
“Based upon the 2013-14 school calendar that was Board approved last Spring, three snow days were built in and we now must begin to make-up any additional snow days including the snow day on Wednesday, January 22, 2014,” according to a statement from the school district. “Our first make-up day will be on Friday, February 14, 2014, for all students and staff.”
The previously scheduled in-service day on Feb. 14 will now be held on June 17, and parent-teacher conferences for students K-6 must be scheduled with teachers on an as-needed basis.
